This series ofvalves are made up of gate valves with stepping motor. The design of this series' structure isreasonable, and the appearance is excellent. Besides, they have many advantages, such as high precision, longservice life and so on. As a result, they are widely used in ultra-high vacuum equipments where current flow needs tobe controlled by Valve's open level. The motivities of this series of valves are stepping motor, and the transmissionrod pulls the connecting rod, eading the driver's axial movement. They drive the start and stop of valve platesthrough the connection between swing bar and valve plate. Throttled by valve, driven by driver, stepping motorand controller. The controller offers a position contrl model which allows the valve to control the speed at anyoosition when the valve is open or close. The power supply controller can be controlled manually, and it is pulsesignal which controls the power supply so as to acquire a high speed and an exact location.
